Plain-language answers to what IEZO collects, why, and who it goes to. IEZO exists to do real work for its owner — and to be able to prove what it did.
Who we are
IEZO ("IEZO", "we") is a personal assistant application owned and operated by Galloway Rich, 1129 Webster Drive, Pensacola, Florida 32505, United States. You can reach the owner at any time by email: kashrich312@gmail.com.
Information we collect
IEZO processes the information needed to do the work you ask of it: the goals and requests you enter, the tasks and plans created from them, the contact details you provide for the people and businesses you want IEZO to contact, and records of what IEZO actually did (messages sent, appointments made, results received) so that every action can be verified. If you connect outside services — such as email, calendar, or text messaging — the credentials for those connections are stored securely by the platform and are not displayed in the app.
How your information is used
Your information is used only to run IEZO for you: to understand your request, to carry out the steps you approved, to verify with the outside provider that the step really happened, and to keep a truthful record of outcomes. IEZO does not sell your information. IEZO does not use your information to build advertising profiles.
Messages sent on your behalf
When you ask IEZO to contact a business or service provider for you, IEZO may send an email or a text message from the account owner's verified sending identity. Text messages are sent only at the account owner's explicit request, and IEZO texts the account owner updates about the tasks they asked for. Message frequency varies and depends on how many requests you make. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further text messages, and HELP for assistance. No mobile information is sold, and mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Sharing
IEZO shares information only with the outside services needed to complete a step you approved — for example, an email provider to deliver a message, a calendar service to check availability, or a messaging provider to send a text. Each provider receives only what that step requires. IEZO may also disclose information where required by law.
Retention, your choices and contact
Records of completed work are kept so that outcomes remain verifiable. You can ask for your information to be corrected or deleted by emailing kashrich312@gmail.com; we will respond within a reasonable time. Disconnecting a connected service in the app stops IEZO from using it. This policy was last updated on September 20, 2026.
