What IEZO does, what it will never do on its own, and the terms that govern its use.
The service
IEZO is a personal assistant application that helps its owner get real things done: researching options, contacting businesses and service providers by email or text at the owner's request, checking real availability, and verifying with the outside provider that each step actually happened. IEZO takes permission seriously — consequential actions happen only when the owner has approved them.
Acceptance and eligibility
By using IEZO you agree to these terms. IEZO is provided for the account owner's personal use. You must not use IEZO to send unsolicited bulk messages, to harass anyone, or for any unlawful purpose.
Messaging terms
When you ask IEZO to contact a business or service provider, it may send emails or text messages from the owner's verified sending identity. Text messages are sent only at the account owner's explicit request, to recipients the owner chooses. Message frequency varies with the owner's requests. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out of further messages, or HELP for help. Recipients who opt out will not receive further texts from this number. Consent to receive text messages is given directly to IEZO and is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared, sold or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Payments and costs
IEZO never moves money on its own initiative. Any payment, purchase or money transfer requires the owner's explicit approval through the app, and IEZO reports only what the payment provider actually confirms — it does not claim a payment succeeded without provider evidence. Third-party costs (for example, a booking you approve, or carrier message rates) are the responsibility of the person who approved them.
Disclaimers
IEZO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. IEZO reports outcomes truthfully, including failures and unknown results, but it depends on outside providers (messaging, calendar, email, and others) and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, or timing. Business decisions made on the basis of IEZO's research or outreach remain the owner's own decisions.
Liability, ownership and contact
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IEZO and its owner are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or from actions of outside providers. IEZO is owned outright by Galloway Rich; copying, cloning or creating derivative works is prohibited — see the Ownership & Terms notice. Questions about these terms: kashrich312@gmail.com.
